какая-то фигня. на третьем ноже стал абсолютно гладким. первый раз покупаю 3000 grit - разочарован. причем ножи недорогие кухонные, не должны они так съедать. мать пробовал, не помогает. точил после 1000 grit, так он служит уже пол года и не думает слизываться ( выглядит как с ячейками, покупал в другом магазине).
