Mojito Fashion is a small, independently-run online store curating affordable women’s fashion, accessories, and home decor for shoppers around the world.
The Beginning
It started with a wishlist neither of us could afford.
Like most good things, Mojito Fashion began as a conversation between friends. Aroun had been working in retail and ecommerce for years, watching the same fast-fashion cycles repeat. Pooja was running customer support for a marketplace and listening, daily, to women frustrated by stores that took their money and disappeared.
The problem wasn’t choice. The internet had millions of products. The problem was trust — finding pieces that were genuinely good quality, at prices that didn’t sting, from a store that actually replied when something went wrong.
So in 2021, we put together a small catalog, set up our first website, packed our first order ourselves, and pressed publish. Five years later, we’ve shipped to over 28,000 customers across 200+ countries — still answering messages personally, still hand-picking what goes on the site, still two people who care more than is probably reasonable.

Aroun
Aroun leads the vision, direction, and day-to-day operations of Mojito Fashion. With a background in retail merchandising and online commerce, he’s the one deciding what makes it onto the site and what gets cut — and he takes that responsibility personally.
If you’ve ever wondered who’s actually running the store, it’s him. He still reviews supplier samples, still approves every product listing, and still loses sleep when an order goes missing.
Pooja
Pooja runs everything that happens after you place an order. She built our customer support function from scratch — the help desk, the returns process, the live chat you might be using right now — and she still personally reads every complaint and every compliment.
Her philosophy is simple: a customer who has a problem and gets it solved well becomes more loyal than one who never had a problem at all. That’s why she insists on a 24-hour reply window, even on Sundays.
