Fantastic, so received the board auditioned with sausage frozen the result was exceptional and fast (logical not as fast as a microwave oven) but the interesting is that thawing leaves the normal food with appearance and consistency.

Do not thaw at all as I expected that we leave the meat on the board to thaw or on another support the defrosting and the same.
I tested the product with some freezed sausage and in very little time they are soft enough to be cooked. The flavor was the same and it improve a lot the time to my lunch get done.
