I have just received this and i am very happy with it. It does not have 4mm size that i need, so i ordered two of these, to modify some of the discs to smaller size. As i have now found out, 2mm thickness is stated on red ring, but it produces 1mm thickness. Other rings are more accurate : orange "3mm" is 2.9mm, green "6mm" is 5.35mm, blue "10mm" is 9.95mm. There is some play between rings and plastic bolt, so thickness of dough may be a bit uneven, but this does not exceed 0.5mm . Length of the roller is also pleasantly long. I tried them immediately. They are not non-stick, dough sticks to it just as much as it sticks to my old wooden rolling pin. (i have also now gotten a silicone baking mat, am i yet to try whether that sticks less). Value for money is very good, certainly when comparing with same product sold in online shops here in Netherlands, which are 4x more expensive .

lo recomiendo solo si lo compras en oferta. es bueno, en especial, si estás iniciando en el mundo de la repostería. sí lo recomiendo pero tiene un defecto en una de las extremidades una de las roscas no cierra bien es el único defecto que le hallo es funcional pero no es de lo más cómodo trabajar con el rodillo así. el producto podría ser mejor si no tuviese el defecto en uno de los extremos que como repito no enrosca bien
